      EDITING ORDERS

      We will not be able to make changes to your order after it is confirmed as our team will have already started processing your order, please make sure the items added are correct and in the correct sizes and quantities.

      If your order has a pre-order item in it, the whole order will start processing to ship on the pre-order date provided on the website

       

      ORDER CANCELLATION

      We unfortunately will not be allowing order cancellation during our Pre black day sales. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it

       

       

       

      TIP

      • for gathered/flair skirts, your waist measurement is the most important measurement 
      • for mini or maxi infinity dresses, infinity tops etc, your waist is the most important measurement 
      • for closed back dresses (sleeved dresses or dresses with zipper closure), pick a size according to your largest measurement ie if your bust is 36 inches and your waist is 30 inches you'll need a size M, if your bust is 42 and your waist is 29, you'll need a size L.
      • your hip measurement is only important for items fitted from waist down e.g pants, shorts, jumpsuits, rompers, fitted skirts, mermaid infinity etc in which your hip measurement should be the deciding factor. 
      • for infinity jumpsuits, you only need your waist and hip measurements. pick a size according to your largest measurement ie if your waist is 30 inches and hips 42 you'll need a size L.
      • for closed back jumpsuits (sleeved dresses or dresses with zipper closure), pick a size according to your largest measurement ie if your bust is 36 inches and your waist is 30 inches and hips 43 you'll need a size L.
      • most of our clothes are made from ankara fabric which is 100% cotton so it has no stretch

      Shipping fees paid at checkout do not include duties and taxes, which are payable directly to your government upon delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. OFUURE does not provide return shipping labels.

      A handling fee will be applied to orders that are refused or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

      PRE-ORDER ITEMS

      Pre-order items will have a "Shipping Starts" date in their description, indicating when they will begin shipping.
      - Processing time for express orders is 1-2 business days from this date, and 3-5 business days for standard orders.
      - If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together unless you opt to split the shipment, which will incur additional shipping charges.

      If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2-3 days for potential delays.

      RETURNS AND REFUNDS

      We do not offer refunds. All returns will be processed as store credit.

      Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return request. Items must be returned and received within this 14-day window to qualify for store credit.

      If your return is received after the 14-day period, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

      Please ensure items are securely packaged and returned in their original condition, including the return postcard, packaging, and accessories. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

      Be sure to include the return packing slip with your package.

      EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

      We do not offer direct exchanges. Due to the high demand for our products, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be in stock when your return is processed.

      Once we receive your returned item, we will issue store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. You will receive an email with the gift card details, which you can use like a coupon code at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

      If you haven't received your store credit within 5 business days of returning your item, please contact us with your order number, return request ID, and return tracking number.

      You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

      We do not accept returns on gift cards or clearance items, as these are final sale. If clearance items are returned, they will either be sent back to you or incur a 50% restocking fee.

      How do I cancel an order?

      We unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has started processing. To make sure you receive your order in time,  we will start processing the orders as soon as we receive it , this means once your order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it.

      Does OFUURE  make custom  orders?
      • We do not customize swimwear.

      Unfortunately not, all transactions are made online thorough our website.

      I ordered a Pre-order item, when will it ship?

      If you order has a pre-order item all the items will ship together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost
