Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on swimwear or sale items.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
ITEMS IN THE SALE TAB ARE FINAL SALE
We can’t ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items get back to us, so we cannot accommodate exchanges. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we’ve received your return. You’ll be able to use this to order another item.
The gift card never expires.

Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $15.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once we receive them. Please allow 3-5 days to process your return. Your E-gift card covers the purchase price and tax if applicable.

Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends,inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
