What are your size options?

We are transitioning to a new size chart, so a few items have a slightly different size chart from the general clothing size chart

Size measurements are also listed with every item.

Does OFUURE  make custom  orders?

– We do not customize swimwear or clothing.

– We make custom outfits upon request.

What is a dispatch date?

The dispatch date is the day your order is shipped out to you, usually 3-5  business days after order is placed.

How do I return/exchange?

All items not listed as final sale are exchange only.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Packages that exceed the number of days for return will be mailed back to the sender.

How do I cancel an order?

In the case that your order hasn’t been shipped, we will issue a full refund to you.
